Latisha or Tish, is passionate about her work in serving the underserved communities and creating greater impact and change in Oak Cliff. She has experience working with people diagnosed with mental health and substance abuse. Latisha uses an eclectic diagnostic approach that allows for rapport building with patients as well as with multidisciplinary team. She has a passion to help individuals discover their best selves.

John Poston, LPC
Mr. Poston completed is Undergraduate Degree in Religion and continued to his Masters in Professional Counseling with a Minor in Biblical Counseling. Mr. Poston has served the underserved population for 10 years, and will continue to serve until the Lord calls me home. He believes all persons have the right to be treated with dignity, respect and humor regardless of their situation or circumstance.

Shaheedra Johnson MS,LCP-A,LCDC-I
Shaheedra Johnson is passionate about changing the stigma and stereotypes of mental health in a community that deems self-healing, self-love and self-awareness a taboo. With a Bachelor degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Professional Counseling and the pursuit of her Doctorate degree in Psychology. Shaheedra has worked alongside non-profit organizations in her community providing a safe place for those who are highly influenced by what we do and how we behave. Shaheedra’s efforts to bring change within gives her hope that the outer change from those who may only see just the less fortunate an opportunity to look beyond the surface and experience their heart.
