Case Management
Our services focus on connecting clients with resources to obtain fiscal and material assistance (i.e. applying for government resources such as food stamps, SSI, prescription assistance, housing referrals, reunification with family members and support systems across the country; doctors appointments; and other community providers).

Community Awareness and Education
Helen’s Project works to inform, serve, and resource the community. We regularly receive referrals from partners, stakeholders, family and community leaders in regards to mental health and stability support services. Services include clinical interventions such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused therapy.

Street Outreach consists of Street-based Education and outreach, Access to emergency Shelter, Survival Aid, individual assessments, trauma-informed treatment and counseling, prevention and education activities, information and referrals, crisis intervention, and follow-up support.

Veterans
80% of service members discharged from the military leave service expecting gainful employment, immediate VA benefits, immense amount of support and care from the communities they fought hard to protect. Upon discharge 70% can not navigate the VA system, become homeless, turn to drugs alcohol or other substances; or require a significant amount of psychiatric services or medical services. Facing MST, Service connected injuries, and the lingo associated with service requires an added level of care to our veterans.
