SAFE-Outreach is a street outreach program that locates, identifies, and builds relationships with individuals experiencing homelessness with the hope of providing immediate support, intervention, and connections with homeless assistance programs, social services, and housing programs.
In The 1st 2 Months (Nov & Dec 2020):
  • We served 88 un-sheltered clients
  • 53% were sheltered
  • 11% moved to permanent housing
  • Key Focus Areas: 75149, 75150, 75180, 75181, 75182, 75185, 75187,78202, 78254, 78154, 78218, 78219, 78220, and 78210.
