Orientation is a critical part of the New Client process, YOU ARE NOT ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND NEW CLIENT ORIENTATION.
Sign up for New Client Orientation, signing up for a specific orientation date and time is considered your confirmation to attend. Failure to attend, will remove your intake from processing.

This process can take us between 2-5 days to review and get your client portal established. Watch the video below, and familiarize yourself with the use of the portal. Once you have access you will upload ALL Critical documents to your portal.
Upload the Following documents into your client Portal:
- Identification for all persons in the household
- Social Security Cards for all persons in the household
- Birth Certificate for all persons in the household
- 3 Paystubs (if you have just started provide your offer letter with indication if you are Full or Part time as well as your hourly rate)
- 3 Bank Statements (must show ALL Deposits, ESPECIALLY if you are unemployed)
- 12M Child Support statements or documentation of no payments received.
- All benefit letters (Food Stamps, Medicare, Medicaid, SSI, SSDI, TANF, unemployment, etc.)
- Documentation of all revoked or denied benefits
- Insurance Cards
** If you do not have these documents please provide a statement as to why you do not have these documents and what assistance you are in need of to obtain them.
